The warehouse receiving position is in our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse, and pay starts at $18.00/hour based on experience. Our team works with a collaborative approach and encourages success amongst each of our members. The management team is very hands-on. We invest in our employees and promote from within often.

Warehouse Receiving Assistant Responsibilities

• Unload and unpack shipments of products
• Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
• Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
• Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork
• Record receiving data in company databases
• Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
• Adhere to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to utilizing all harness equipment, and hearing and eye protection policies.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Qualifications for a Warehouse Receiving Assistant

• Better than average math and organization skills
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds or more
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Data entry and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
• Experience shipping and/or receiving
• Forklift certification a plus
