As a Customer Experience Expert, you are the face of Kurtis Chevrolet’s modern retail experience. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, and confident — from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away.

Customer Experience Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for every customer

• Guide customers through a smooth, stress‑free buying experience

• Listen closely to customer needs and help them find the right vehicle

• Maintain a positive, helpful presence on the showroom floor

• Ensure customers feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their visit

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships

Product Specialist Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems

• Conduct engaging test drives and product walk‑arounds

• Stay up‑to‑date on Chevrolet product knowledge

• Help customers compare models and understand their options

• Support the sales team with accurate product information
