Your Impact as a Staffing Coordinator

You’ll be the heartbeat of our facility’s daily operations by:

• Creating, managing, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure full coverage

• Coordinating shift coverage for call-outs, PTO, and open positions

• Communicating clearly with department heads and team members about schedule changes

• Leading new hire orientation and maintaining accurate personnel records

• Organizing in-service training and continuing education such as CNA certification and CPR

• Monitoring staff performance through daily rounds and addressing in-service needs

• Ensuring all HR, state, and federal compliance standards are met

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or higher credentialed caregiver in Texas

• Experienced in long-term care and employee scheduling

• Proficient with organizing staff coverage, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing call-ins

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator

• Genuinely compassionate toward elderly and disabled individuals

• Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking

• Fluent in reading and writing English

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
