Line Cook (P.M.)

Join our culinary team as a Line Cook (P.M.) at The Resort at Longboat Key Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes during the evening shift, ensuring exceptional food presentation and taste that align with our resort’s standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet guest satisfaction and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely delivery of dishes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adapt and respond quickly to any special dietary needs or requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
