Marina Front Desk Agent

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a friendly and organized Marina Front Desk Agent to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our marina guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the marina front desk. You will assist with reservations, answer inquiries, and help maintain an inviting and efficient environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet marina guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage dock reservations and maintain accurate records of marina occupancy
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about marina services and policies
• Coordinate with marina operations staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Process payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues at the marina
• Support other front desk duties as needed to maintain smooth marina operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or marina operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and reservation systems
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
