Banquet Bartender

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a Banquet Bartender to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. In this role, you will provide excellent beverage service during banquet events, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality cocktails and drinks efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to banquet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local liquor laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions when required.
• Collaborate with banquet and catering staff to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in banquet or event settings.
• Cocktail knowledge and ability to prepare a variety of drinks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
