Spa Concierge

Rate: $16 - $17 / HR

Description of the role: The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing information, assistance, and a memorable experience to guests at the spa. They greet customers, take appointments, assist in managing the front desk, and ensure smooth operations in the spa area.

Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in guests at the spa - Schedule and manage appointments - Provide information on spa services and products - Assist guests with inquiries and requests - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Requirements: - Previous customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of spa services and products - High school diploma or equivalent
