PBX Operator

PBX/PAL PHONE OPERATOR

We are looking to add a PBX/PAL Phone Operator to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Rate: $16 - $18 an hour

Essential Functions:

• Answering calls using the phone routing system.
• Routing calls to appropriate staff
• Taking and routing messages on a timely basis.
• Responsible for ensuring phone system is working properly and is set appropriate for after hours.
• Responsible for trouble shooting any phone system issues.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous phone experience preferred
• Must possess the desire to see things through to completion and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction/quality of service
• Must be able to sit for 8-hour shift
