Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive sales management. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management is required
• General Motors (GM) brand experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in automotive finance and F&I processes is a plus
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software
