Sales Manager - Livermore Ford Lincoln

Manage a team of Sales Staff, that will train and develop leads into sales. It is the life blood of our Sales organization.

• Desking Sales Deals
• Training and Developing Sales Staff
• Work with the Finance Dept for compliance
• Manage New and Used Car Inventory
• Work with customers' needs

• Ability to maintain gross but build volume at the same time
• Ability to mentor, train, and motivate sales staff
• Most important is that this person is coachable and able to follow and execute a plan
• Experience,Prior Sales Management
• Prior Sales Management Experience - Domestic preferred
