Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process payments for service and parts transactions
• Provide receipts and assist with basic customer inquiries
• Support administrative needs for sales and service teams
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Basic computer and cash handling experience preferred
