Lincoln of Wayne, Lincoln of Ramsey, and Wayne Motors Auto Body are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Driver to join our growing organization.

This position will primarily support our internal vehicle transportation needs, including transfers between our locations, used vehicle acquisitions, and transportation to and from our Auto Body department.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles throughout Northern New Jersey and surrounding areas.
• Perform internal vehicle transfers between Lincoln of Wayne, Lincoln of Ramsey, and Wayne Motors Auto Body.
• Pick up and transport vehicles purchased through our used vehicle acquisition operations.
• Transport customer vehicles to and from our Auto Body facilities and other designated locations.
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the tow truck.
• Communicate effectively with dealership management, service teams, and body shop personnel to coordinate transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities.
• Handle all vehicles with care and professionalism, maintaining our high standards for customer service and vehicle protection.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required. CDL not required for this position.
• Prior flatbed towing, rollback truck, or vehicle transportation experience strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of safe vehicle loading, securing, and transportation procedures.
• Experience handling luxury vehicles is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with loading, securing, and transporting vehicles.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
