As a Guest Relations Reservation Specialist, you will assist Service guests, current and future, via phone, internet, live chat, and email. The responsibilities are but are not limited to, answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and replying to texts or emails. You are a valuable member of everything guest-facing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills via phone and in person, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a customer service mindset.

The schedule is Monday - Friday. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.

We work as a team here with responsibilities defined but capable of helping each other so every client, every time, gets nothing less than a luxury experience. We have training that is detailed to help orientation to Lincoln of Ramsey, our processes, and our team. Your success is important to us.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Starts at $16 per hour, then after 90-day review $18 per hour with monthly bonus incentives.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
