Sales Associates - $70,000–$120,000+ Earning Potential

What you’ll do:

• Help customers find the right RV for their lifestyle and travel goals
• Build relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with potential buyers
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals

Great backgrounds for this role include:

• Automotive, RV, marine, powersports, furniture, mattress, or home-improvement sales
• Real estate, insurance, wireless, or other commission-based sales
• Hospitality, restaurant management, or customer-facing retail
• Competitive individuals with strong customer-service experience
• Professionals who are comfortable building relationships and working toward sales goals

Experienced RV Technicians - $35–$45 Flat-Rate Hour

What you’ll do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems and components
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, carpentry, and structural repairs
• Complete repairs accurately while meeting safety and quality standards
• Document completed work and communicate repair needs with the service team

Great backgrounds for this role include:

• Experienced RV service technicians
• Automotive, diesel, marine, or powersports technicians
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or appliance-repair professionals
• Mobile service or facilities-maintenance technicians
• Skilled tradespeople experienced in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs

Technician Apprentices - $25 per Hour

What you’ll do:

• Learn RV maintenance, diagnostics, and repair alongside experienced technicians
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and general repairs
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
• Build the skills needed to grow into an RV technician career

Great backgrounds for this role include:

• Recent trade-school or technical-program graduates
• Entry-level automotive, diesel, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance technicians
• Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor professionals
• Military veterans with mechanical or technical experience
• Mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want to learn a skilled trade

Assistant Office Manager—Title Experience Preferred - $21 per Hour

What you’ll do:

• Assist with daily dealership office and administrative operations
• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation
• Review paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Support customer transactions, filing, reporting, and other office responsibilities

Great backgrounds for this role include:

• Automotive, RV, marine, or powersports dealership title clerks
• Dealership accounting, billing, registration, or administrative professionals
• Assistant office managers with vehicle title-processing experience
• DMV, tag agency, lending, or vehicle-documentation professionals
