Shift Details: Part Time - 2nd and 3rd Shifts only. No 1st Shift Available

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate assistance and supervision to clients with personal care tasks, including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Support clients during meal preparation and nutritional supplement administration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor clients during medication adherence.
  • Implement prescribed diet orders and support the use of adaptive equipment as necessary.
  • Follow all established behavior support plans, conduct data collection, and adhere to safety protocols consistently.
  • Facilitate family-style dining by assisting and supervising clients during meals.
  • Assist clients with household responsibilities such as clothing care, cleaning, and yard maintenance.
  • Engage clients in active treatment plans by supporting training objectives, recording progress, and helping achieve service goals.
  • Collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, effectively communicating client information as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Transport and supervise clients during community outings and day program activities using company vehicles.
  • Support clients’ participation in school and other community-based programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure client well-being and program success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
  • Minimum age of 21 years or older.
