Basic automotive operating system knowledge 

Responsibilities 

Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments in person, via phone and e-mail .

Determine and recommend maintenance based on age , mileage and history of vehicle. 

Estimating the cost and time needed to do the recommended repairs .

Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards .

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day ,and update customer frequently . 

Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order .
