RESPONSIBILITIES:  Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, identifying their needs and guiding them to the right vehicle based on preferences, budget, and lifestyle.  Present and demonstrate vehicle features, safety technologies, and performance through engaging product knowledge and test drives.  Maintain a strong understanding of current inventory, promotions, financing options, and trade-in programs to effectively support the sales process.  Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone, email, and in person to convert prospects and maintain customer relationships for future business and referrals.  Accurately complete all sales paperwork and coordinate with the finance department to ensure a smooth vehicle purchase experience.  Meet or exceed dealership sales goals while maintaining a clean, organized showroom and working collaboratively with team members and management.

EXPERIENCE  2+ years of sales experience preferred  Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is highly preferred  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills  Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record BENEFITS  Very competitive pay  Excellent benefits  Medical/Dental/401k  Paid Vacation & More
