Are you an energetic, dependable professional with a passion for sales and customer service? Lexus of Orlando is seeking a full-time Internal Sales / BDC Associate to join our high-performing Business Development Center. If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and ready to deliver a world-class guest experience—we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to phone and internet sales leads
• Build strong guest relationships that generate appointments and drive conversions
• Use CRM tools to track prospects and ensure consistent follow-up
• Actively participate in training to build product expertise
• Delivering an exceptional, luxury-level guest experience

Qualifications:

• Dependable team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
