Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly with professionalism and warmth

• Gather and record detailed customer and vehicle information

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process

• Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

• Set and communicate clear follow-up expectations

• Monitor repair progress and proactively update customers

• Review completed work and clearly explain all charges

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills

• Ability to accurately assess and respond to customer needs
