At Lewis Automotive Group, we’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing team in Fayetteville. Your Impact as an HR Coordinator:

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily HR operations of our dealership, including:

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

• Maintaining employee records and supporting HR compliance

• Administering benefits and responding to employee questions

• Supporting training initiatives and engagement activities

• Coordinating payroll details and HR reporting

Are You a Great Fit?

To be successful (and eligible) for this position, you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Experience:
   You have at least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources support role.

2. Education or Equivalent:
   You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — OR comparable hands-on experience in an HR position.

3. HR Knowledge:
   You’re familiar with core employment laws like FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, HIPAA, OSHA and EEO and understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance.

4. Tech Proficiency:
   You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom is a plus.

5. Communication & Confidentiality:
   You can communicate clearly and handle confidential information professionally, with employees at all levels.

6. Work Authorization:
   You are legally authorized to work in the United States. And you have a clear driving record.

• On-site role at our Fayetteville, AR dealership.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
