As an Automotive Parts Counter person, you will play a crucial role in assisting Technicians and customers with their automotive parts needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Technicians in searching and filling parts requests
• Providing support and assistance to retail customers with parts inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions
• Keeping parts inventory organized and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts lookup and sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and parts catalog software
