Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional to join us as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. We are a fast growing, family owned dealership that provides a relaxed, friendly work culture with a reputation built on integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday, no Weekend Hours!! Call center, collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

You will…
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
You have…
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as CRM experience preferred
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
