Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Service Cashier to join our growing Service Department. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Balance and reconcile the daily cash drawer.
• Scan, organize, and electronically file repair orders and dealership documents.
• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Assist the Service Advisors and Service Manager with administrative duties as needed.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Help provide an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.

Qualifications

• Customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
