Parts Manager

Leo Martin Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Manager to join our team in Lake Jackson, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department operations, ensuring an efficient supply chain, and maintaining excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure seamless service and inventory control.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and availability.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts.
• Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet customer needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Preferred GM parts experience 
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar automotive parts supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with parts management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or management are a plus.
