Lenoir City Ford is looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and preferably Ford certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Compensation:
- $25 to $50 an hour.
- Higher pay available based on experience

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of equipment
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including electrical work, welding, and general repairs
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing technical concerns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Ford Certification is a plus
- ASE or other OEM certification is a plus
- Proven experience in electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee maintenance projects
- Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
