Leif Johnson Ford is looking for a Mobile Service Advisor to join our team! As a Mobile Service Advisor, you will be responsible for setting appointments for our mobile trucks according to geographical territories, searching dealer supported websites and FMC dealer for mobile service leads, and contacting customers to set the appointments and entering them into the system.

The ideal candidate for this position will have service advisor experience, be personable, organized, computer savvy, self starter and have proficient communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting appointments for our mobile trucks according to geographical territories
  • Searching dealer supported websites and FMC dealer for mobile service leads
  • Contacting customers to set the appointments and entering them into the system
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our service
  • Managing inventory of parts and supplies
  • Coordinating with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of service
  • Offer maintenance services at the mobile location when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of service and repair work
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an Automotive dealership or service shop
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and inventory management systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
