Description of the role:

The Sous Chef at Legacy at Cranberry Landing in Rochester, NY plays a crucial role in the kitchen, assisting the head chef in creating delicious meals and leading the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef in creating and executing menu items
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality dishes are served
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
