Automotive Service Technician

Lee Sapp Ford is looking for a Line Technician, as well as a highly skilled diagnostic tech with automatic transmission and diesel experience to join our team in Ashland, NE.  Ashland is located 20 miles from the Omaha and Lincoln metro areas. Compensation will be hourly wage based.  Top pay for that "Certified Anchor Technician".

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Service Technician in an automotive dealership preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
