Automotive Service Technician

Lee Sapp Ford is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Ashland, NE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Service Technician in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
