Responsibilities

Assist with month end closing activities
-
Post retail, lease, wholesale, and dealer trade deals into our dealership management system (Automate).
- Process all payoffs for new and preowned vehicles
- Process salesperson commission calculations and maintain accurate commission records
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Automotive experience preferred

Highly organized and eagerness to improve

Willingness to take initiative

Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills

Ability to provide quality customer service

Work with all levels of employees

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
