About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Service Porter to help keep our Service Department running smoothly and make every customer feel welcome. This role supports our service team by safely moving vehicles, providing courtesy shuttle transportation, and keeping the service lane and lot clean and organized.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide courteous assistance upon arrival and departure.

• Operate our courtesy shuttle safely and professionally.

• Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles with care.

• Keep the service lane and service lot clean, organized, and accessible.

• Tag vehicles and install protective coverings according to department procedures.

• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to help maintain an efficient flow of vehicles.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Leachman with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Follow dealership safety procedures when driving and working around vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past two years.

• Ability to safely and confidently drive and park a variety of vehicles.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Friendly, customer focused attitude.

• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to help the team.

• Familiarity with Bowling Green and the surrounding area.
