We are currently seeking a full-time IT Specialist to provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and applications to maximize uptime of the network and end users.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain LDV servers and network storage
• Maintain Active Directory and user accounts/licenses
• Maintain company ERP system and support end users in its operation
• Ensure software compliance
• Diagnose and resolve incidents with applications, services or hardware
• Assist in planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
• Configure and support user endpoints, VoIP phones, and peripherals
• Work with 3rd party IT service providers as the on-site specialist
• Help desk support for employees
• Research and implement new technologies as applicable
• Purchase new equipment in accordance with hardware lifecycle planning

Candidates should have these qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years IT experience with strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
• Hyper-V management experience preferred
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services preferred
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Software (Enterprise Resource Planning) preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
