Outdoor Sales Role – No Experience Required

About the Role

We’re hiring hard-working, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives.

This is an outdoor, door-to-door role where you’ll speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and help generate leads for our sales team.

You do not need sales experience. If you’re confident, coachable, and willing to work hard, we’ll teach you the rest.

This role is best suited for people who like being active, enjoy talking to people, and want a job where effort directly impacts pay.

 

What the Job Actually Looks Like

• Walking door-to-door in residential neighborhoods

 

• Knocking, introducing yourself, and having short conversations

 

• Booking interested homeowners for free estimates

 

• Working set shifts (afternoons / evenings)

 

• Getting coached, supported, and improved over time

Pay & Upside (Important)

This is a performance-based role.
Your pay increases as you improve.

• Most reps earn more than typical hourly jobs
