NOW HIRING – Summer 2026 | PAINTING POSITION | Ajax, ON (Durham Region)

COMPENSATION $19–$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Some hands-on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you)

• Full-time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else

RESPONSIBILITIES •

Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule

• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day • Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner

• Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site

• Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites •

 Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses
