What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate our service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Manage daily dispatching operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Manage customer relations and ensure top-level service satisfaction
  • Monitor KPIs including labor sales, productivity, and CSI scores
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in service management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of repair processes and automotive systems
  • Familiarity with DMS systems is a plus
