Creative Solutions in Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. In this leadership role, you will ensure quality resident care, support nursing staff, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

Your Impact as Weekend RN Supervisor

• Supervise and assign duties to nursing staff based on census and resident needs

• Monitor and ensure proper administration of medications and reordering procedures

• Implement and oversee resident care plans in alignment with company standards and physician orders

• Perform and supervise treatments as needed

• Transcribe and follow up on physician orders accurately and promptly

• Complete detailed and timely documentation, including nursing assessments and incident reports

• Manage staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff as necessary

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and body mechanics

• Lead or assist with shift change reports and overall staff communication

• Oversee lab work processes, including order follow-ups with physicians

• Step in as a staff nurse when needed and support direct care responsibilities

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation abilities

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
