We are seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Manager to lead our dealership collision center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and building a strong, accountable team culture.

This is an opportunity for a leader who can take ownership of the department, improve processes, and deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of body shop operations including production, estimating, and customer experience
• Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and overall department performance
• Monitor and improve cycle time, efficiency, and quality of repairs
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Ensure proper scheduling, workflow, and job distribution
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors
• Enforce dealership and manufacturer repair standards
• Oversee supplements, estimates, and final billing accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in collision center or body shop management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold a team accountable
• Solid understanding of DRP relationships, estimating systems, and repair processes
• Track record of improving performance, efficiency, and profitability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license
