Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers professionally in-person & on the phone
- Create and set appointments for service
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
- Maintain office supplies for a specific location
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work every Saturday
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
