Flat-Rate Automotive Service Technician

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance and repairs with a focus on efficiency and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing issues, providing estimates, and completing jobs within allotted time frames while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Land Rover standards
• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and provide time estimates for repairs
• Adhere to flat-rate pricing structure to maximize productivity and profitability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding job progress
• Keep up-to-date with tools, equipment, and manufacturer technical bulletins

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
