Description of the role:

The Sales and Service BDC position at Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park requires a highly motivated individual to handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments both for sales and service departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding sales and services
  • Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle services, and follow-up appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and track all leads
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day business of the center
  • Collect and analyze metrics
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the call center representatives 
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
