About the Position

Landmark Ford, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Sales Assistant to join our winning team. We are one of the leading Ford fleet dealers in the Northwest. Responsibilities

• Act as secondary point of contact for commercial accounts
• Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.
• Deliver vehicles to customer with complete product knowledge of all technologies in today’s vehicles.
• Assist Fleet Managers with various tasks related to customer deliveries.
• Involved in logistical movements of vehicles to offsite vendors and upfitters
• Assist Fleet Managers with client follow-up plan to ensure satisfaction and continued business
• Requirements:
• Stellar communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand the “big picture”
• Solid work ethic and tenacious attitude

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass post job offer screenings to include MVR, Background, Physical and Drug Screen
• Excellent Communication skills
• Reliable
