We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Service Advisor to join our team and help us manage and optimize our mobile service operations.
Job Description:
As a Mobile Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our mobile service team. You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing service requests, and ensuring our technicians are well-prepared for their assignments. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will help us provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for mobile service technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely response to customer requests.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on service appointments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Technician Support: Ensure mobile service technicians have all necessary information, tools, and equipment for their assignments. Provide guidance and support as needed.
- Dispatching: Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on scheduling priorities, geographic proximity, and technician skill sets.
- Service Request Management: Receive and process service requests, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation of customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply for service calls.
- Service Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including completed work, parts used, and service appointment statuses.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance metrics, such as response times, service completion rates, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
