We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Service Advisor to join our team and help us manage and optimize our mobile service operations. 

Job Description: 

As a Mobile Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our mobile service team. You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing service requests, and ensuring our technicians are well-prepared for their assignments. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will help us provide top-notch service to our valued customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for mobile service technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely response to customer requests. 
  1. Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on service appointments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  1. Technician Support: Ensure mobile service technicians have all necessary information, tools, and equipment for their assignments. Provide guidance and support as needed. 
  1. Dispatching: Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on scheduling priorities, geographic proximity, and technician skill sets. 
  1. Service Request Management: Receive and process service requests, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation of customer needs. 
  1. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply for service calls. 
  1. Service Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including completed work, parts used, and service appointment statuses. 
  1. Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance metrics, such as response times, service completion rates, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management. 
  1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. 

 

Qualifications: 

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. 
  1. Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role. 
  1. Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  1. Familiarity with scheduling software and tools. 
  1. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 
  1. Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
