Landmark Ford East, Inc. (Trucks) is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team!

As an F&I Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers secure financing options, sell insurance products, and enhance their overall experience at our dealership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Financing & Deal Structuring:

    • Present and explain vehicle financing options, including loan terms, interest rates, and monthly payments.

    • Collaborate with lenders to secure financing that meets customer needs and preferences.

    • Assist customers in selecting vehicle protection products such as warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts.

  • Insurance & Protection Products:

    • Recommend and sell a variety of insurance and aftermarket products that benefit our customers.

    • Provide clear explanations of product offerings, emphasizing their value to customers.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure all financial transactions and paperwork comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer financing and insurance contracts.

  • Sales Performance & Profitability:

    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for finance and insurance products.

    • Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle sale to financing.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and questions regarding financing, insurance, and related products.

    • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Partner with the sales team to enhance the customer experience.

    • Provide guidance and training sales staff on the benefits and sales techniques for F&I products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive finance, insurance sales, or related fields.

    • Proven success in meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

    • Experience with automotive F&I management and knowledge of dealership management systems is preferred.

  • Skills & Qualities:

    • In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and industry regulations.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred).

  • Certifications (preferred):

    • F&I Manager certification, or willingness to obtain within a specified period.

    • Relevant state or federal licenses (e.g., insurance license) a plus.
