Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Stellantis Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with specific expertise in Stellantis vehicles. As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians.
• Dispatch work among team of technicians.
• Coordinate and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role in an automotive service environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Stellantis vehicles and their systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
