​We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Quick Lane Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our fast-lane services, specializing in high-quality routine maintenance, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great mechanical aptitude to grow their skills and advance in the automotive industry.

 

​Perform efficient oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.

​Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires using modern shop equipment.

​Conduct multi-point safety inspections (checking brakes, fluids, belts, and hoses) and clearly communicate findings to Service Advisors.

​Handle basic automotive repairs and replacements (batteries, wiper blades, bulbs, and basic brake jobs).

​Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bay area.

 

​Previous experience as a lube/tire technician or a strong hobbyist mechanical background is preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

​Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

​Holding or willingness to obtain a Vermont State Inspection license is a major plus.

​Must bring a basic set of hand tools.

​Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

​Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
