Event and Equipment Assistant (Preschool Support Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and physically strong individual to assist with the setup and tear-down of equipment for events and physical education activities at our preschool. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys active work and contributing to a fun and safe learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle physical education and event equipment (e.g., mats, obstacle courses, tables, chairs, etc.)

• Assist with moving and organizing supplies and materials

• Ensure all equipment is safely arranged and properly stored

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet event and classroom setup needs

• Perform occasional light maintenance or repairs on equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift 100+ lbs

• Willing to do manual labor and work outdoors

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working around young children

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Full time

Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
