Compensation & Incentives

• $65,000 – $225,000 annually, based on experience and flat rate performance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) earned based on production rate

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and timelines
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete quality inspections

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership technician experience preferred
• A, B, or C level technician experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Personal tools required
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
