Hotel Groundskeeper

We are looking to add a Groundskeeper to our team. This is for the AM shift, which is from 8:00am - 4:30pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of exterior grounds
• Achieve a clean, comfortable, presentable and positive guest experience
• Emptying trash containers 
• Walking exterior of property picking up trash and debris
• Coordinate luggage delivery
• Stock firewood in guests rooms daily
• Assist guest with boating and bicycle activities
• Provide shuttle service to guests upon request
• Respond to all guest service needs
• Other minor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must be available to work weekends
• Valid driver's License
• Ability to reliably commute to Lake Placid
