Lube & Oil Technician

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lube & Oil Technician to keep our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform oil changes, lube services, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil, lube, and filter services accurately and within established time standards

  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to the service team and service advisor

  • Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager and complete work within the allotted time

  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and filed after every job

  • Return vehicles in cleaner condition than when they arrived

  • Maintain equipment in proper working order and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

  • Complete required training programs and maintain current technical qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and shop safety

  • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required by the shop schedule

  • Prior lube or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate
