LaBelle Ford Automotive Fixed Opertions Director

Plattner Automotive Group is currently seeking a Fixed Operations Director for multiple franchises.

Essential Duties Include:

* Experience in multiple franchise’s is a huge plus

* Forecast goals and objectives for the service and parts department

* Hires, trains, and motivates service and parts personnel

* Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes come backs

* Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturers warranty and policy procedures

Employment qualifications are as follows:

* Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive fixed operations

* Must have proven track record as a franchise Automotive Service Director and Parts Manager

* Automate is preferred

* Must be well organized

* Make customer satisfaction a department priority, ensuring that service and parts personnel are courteous and respectful in their interactions with our customers

* Be willing to submit to and pass a drug and background check.
