Facility Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with exterior grounds keeping
• General janitorial duties 
• Cleaning and restocking of breakrooms and offices
• Operate floor cleaning machine
• Empty trash
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk constantly throughout daily activities
• Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
